Hi Mike,   I want you to know that your team showed impeccable customer service.  It first started with your conversation with my wife.  She said that you explained the process so well and was impressed with your down-to-earth personality.  Afterward, Craig came over and was so detailed in explaining each step of how the Radon System works.  He was patient with my questions.  I could tell how passionate he was with his work and he wanted to ensure we were pleased with what we are receiving.  Later, your team came over to install the system.
