An appointment was set for Mike Leggett to come evaluate the home to find the most efficient sub-slab depressurization system for the buyer's needs.

Georgia Healthy Homes saves another real estate transaction!

Mike S. was selling his beautiful, million-dollar lakehouse in one of the most esteemed lake and golf communities in Georgia, Reynolds Lake Oconee. The home was on the market for 2 years and 8 months before they found a qualified buyer. During their due-diligence period, the buyer had a radon test and the results were well above the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L. The transaction came to a screeching halt.

We conducted pressure field extension tests before and after the installation to prove the system was communicating with the entire slab. A follow-up test was performed to verify that the installation was a success and both parties were headed towards the closing table again.
